# A small studio for AI-native work that people will actually use.

Siere Soft is a senior engineering studio that would rather ship working software than charge for the meeting where we agree to ship working software.

## We started this studio because the AI consulting market was getting flooded with people whose deepest experience was reading a tutorial last Thursday.

We’ve been shipping production systems for more than fifteen years — backends, mobile, infra, the lot. When LLMs landed, we built with them every day instead of writing think-pieces about them.

Our work now sits between the two things that used to be separate jobs: senior product engineering, and the new craft of designing systems that work alongside language models. We think the line between those will be invisible by 2030; we’re already used to working on the side of the line where it doesn’t matter.

If we’re a fit, you’ll know inside one call. If we’re not, you’ll know inside one call too — and we’ll tell you who you should be talking to instead.
HOW WE WORK
## Senior-only, spec-first, opinionated about scope.

No juniors hidden behind the masthead. No 60-page proposals. We write a spec, agree it, then build the thing — and we'll tell you straight when we're not the right shop for it.
01Senior engineers. Eight years minimum.
Everyone who'd touch your work has shipped production systems for the better part of a decade. We don't sub out to juniors and we don't grow until we can keep that line.
02A written spec before a single line of code.
Outcomes, scope, risks, and what's *not* on the table — written down, on a page, before week one. It's how we both find out if we agree.
03AI-native, not AI-curious.
We use AI assistants on every engagement — our own harness, in fact. It's how a small senior team delivers at agency scale, without the corresponding bill.
04We disqualify ourselves.
If your problem is mostly frontend, or mostly enterprise change management, or mostly slide deck — we'll send you somewhere better. Quickly.
