Sometimes the hardest part isn't the AI — it's deciding what to build at all. We do discovery, scoping, prioritisation, and write the spec. Short, sharp engagements. Outcomes-not-decks.

Design through engineering through launch. Mobile-first (Android/Kotlin is our deepest stack), web, backend. We assemble a small squad, ship in milestones, and hand it back cleanly when you're ready to take over.
