These terms govern your use of the sieresoft.com website and the AI advisor available on it. They do not govern engagements with Siere Soft LTD — those are covered by a separate signed agreement.

## 1 · The site

The site is provided as-is. The content describes Siere Soft's services in good faith but does not constitute a contractual offer. Nothing on this site should be relied on as legal, accounting, technical, or other professional advice.

## 2 · The AI advisor

The AI advisor is a scoped conversational assistant intended to help you decide whether Siere Soft is the right fit for your problem. It is **not** a general-purpose chatbot. It may produce incorrect or out-of-date statements. Treat its output as a useful starting point for a conversation, not as a binding statement from Siere Soft.

You agree not to:

- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or designed to elicit harmful output;

## 4 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siere Soft LTD's liability arising from your use of this site is limited to €100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
